Please make sure that the phone number you entered is correct and keep your network connected. If it still doesn’t work, please provide us with your registered mobile number/email address (whichever you used to register your SnapEx account) and we will pass it to our tech team.
For Vietnamese Users with Mobifone,
i) During Registration
SnapEx SMS is occasionally blocked by some Vietnamese network carriers, especially Mobifone. If you don't receive the verification SMS within a few minutes, you can try one of the following options:
- Register with email instead of phone number.
- Use a different Vietnamese phone number (not Mobifone).
- Use a non-Vietnamese phone number.
ii) For existing users who registered with Mobifone previously
If you couldn’t receive SMS verification with your Mobifone number, please notify us of your Mobifone number and Non-Mobifone number, we will replace your existing Mobifone number with your new non-Mobifone. Please use your email registered with Snapex to send the email to us.
