Situation 1. Client experiencing unable to install APK and shows
Install from Unknown Sources method
Users had to enable the Install from Unknown Sources setting to install third party APKs on their devices. The process otherwise remains mostly the same.
- Download the APK you want to install.
- Navigate to your phone settings menu then to the security settings. Enable the Install from Unknown Sources option.

- Use a file browser and navigate to your download folder. Tap the APK to begin the installation process.
- The app should safely install.
- If using google chrome to download, please also set "allow chrome to install unknown app"

Situation 2. Crash after to install:
Unable to access to SnapEx:
Main reason is due to the Permission of the application is not set. You can change the permissions that apps can access in the main Settings app on your device at any time. Keep in mind turning off permissions may cause apps on your device to lose functionality.
For apps installed on your device
- On your Android device, open the Settings app
.
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap the app you want to update.
- Tap Permissions.
- Choose which permissions you want the app to have, like Camera or Phone.
For instant apps
- On your Android device, open the Settings app
.
- Tap Apps & notifications which will show recently opened apps at the top.
- Tap the app you want to see more about.
- Look under Permissions.
