Dear valued SnapEx users,
In the event that the SnapEx app or web trader experience platform downtime, we will be applying the following procedures:
- Compensation for losses due to open positions during platform downtime
- No order rollbacks will be made
- Leaderboard rankings may be affected
Users will receive additional SNAP points (depending on the scenario, as detailed below) for any losses or any order(s) that failed to execute.
If there has been a temporary service interruption on both the SnapEx app and web trader, we understand that there may be some who had open positions when the platform went offline. As such, we will compensate those who may have realized any losses during this period.

All forms of compensation and reimbursement will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the end of system maintenance due to platform downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this measure and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
In the event of platform downtime, please stand by for a follow-up announcement regarding the completion of system maintenance to get things back online.
